Product Colors

We make every effort to display our products/product colors as accurately as possible. However, depending on different computer monitor and display specs, color display may vary, therefore, we are not responsible for any variation or discrepancy in display.

Inventory

We work hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. Occasionally, errors may occur. When we are unable to ship an item already ordered immediately, customers will be notified. We hope to satisfy every order request, if you have any questions please feel free to contact our customer service team for more information.

Price and Promotions

Miro Piazza reserves the right at any time to modify the prices and promotions (or any part or content thereof) at any time.

We are diligent in ensuring that our prices are correct. However, in the event that a pricing error happens, we will immediately correct the pricing on our website.

In the interim, customers will be notified and then able to place your orders with the correct pricing. If we do not get your response, all pending orders with the incorrect pricing will be automatically canceled out by our system.

Steps to Order Placement
1. Login / Register your account
2. Click “Cart” button, select payment method and shipping courier, and then click “Checkout”.
3. Fill in shipping information and click “Complete Order”.

Payment
We accept PayPal, VISA, MASTER. and JCB.

Domestic Shipping Method and Cost
For domestic shipments within Taiwan, all orders are shipped via Family Mart, 7-11, S.F. Express or Pelican. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Taiwan and some offshore islands. For more information, please refer to the Chinese version of the site and search Product delivery.

International Shipping Method and Cost
All orders are shipped via FedEx, EMS or S.F. Express. You can select the type of shipping courier at your convenience. All shipping cost including customs/duties and taxes shall be paid by the customer as unfortunately we do not provide free international shipping at this moment.

Product Return
Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at Miro Piazza! In the case, for international orders that you are not completely satisfied with, you have 14 days (starting from the day after you have received your package) to ship the goods back to us. For more information on how to return your products, please refer to the RETURNS POLICY.

Change / Cancel Order

Selling Privilege
Miro Piazza believes all of our customers to be excellent and fair. However, in the event that the following situation happens:

1. Frequent returns occurring more than 3 times in a month, or
2. While receiving the returned items, the product (and/or any of the product packaging) has been used, worn, or is in unsellable condition

Miro Piazza reserves the right to adjust your selling privileges, which includes cancelling your order, requesting payment for the items returned in unsellable condition, and deny your online shopping privileges on our website.
