Return Policy

Miro Piazza wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 14 DAYS after receipt so long as the item(s) are in its original condition. All return requests must be submitted via email to info@miropiazza.com. More details please see below in Steps for Returns.

Shipping cost associated with return will be the responsibility of the customer, and Miro Piazza will not be responsible for goods lost in transit.

Please follow the steps below when submitting your return requests to us:

1. Please contact us by email (info@miropiazza.com) within 14 DAYS after receipt of goods.

2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be provided via email after receiving your request for return.

3. Please fill out and send back the RMA request, including member information (name, phone number, and address), order date, and reason for return.

4. If the return is accepted, you will receive a return confirmation by email. Please keep the return items in original condition. Shipping carrier will take the returns according to the address you provide.

5. Once your items have been received and verified, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Your refund will be processed and returned to you via your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please notice that after we process your return payment, your bank will still need time to process your refund. If you need to expedite your refund, you should contact your credit card provider.

1. Product must be in their unused original condition with other related accessories packaged together for return.

2. Optical frames cannot be returned or exchanged if the original lens has been removed or fitted with prescription lens.

If there is any sign that the product (and/or any of the product packaging) has been used, worn, or is in un-sellable condition, Miro Piazza reserves the right to unauthorized the return.
